For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout Long Island navigate some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Today, I also proudly serve as an Associate Real Estate Broker and Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker American Homes in Merrick.
My approach to real estate is rooted in one guiding principle: Bringing Humanity Back to Real Estate. Technology, market data, and innovative marketing are essential, but behind every transaction is a person or family making a major decision about their finances and their future. A home is rarely just an asset. It is where life happens.
I view my role as a strategic advisor rather than simply a transaction facilitator. My background in financial management and project management gives me a unique perspective when evaluating value, risk, timing, and the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. That experience is particularly valuable when a transaction becomes complicated, whether involving appraisal concerns, estate sales, inspection issues, competing offers, difficult negotiations, or unexpected problems.
My goal is to anticipate those challenges before they become obstacles, clearly explain the available options, and help my clients make informed decisions without allowing the emotion of the moment to take control.
My commitment to continued education has led me to earn the ABR®, SRES®, SRS®, RENE, PSA, AHWD, SFR®, and C2EX designations. I believe experience matters, but experience is most valuable when it is combined with a commitment to continue learning and adapting as the industry changes.
My career in real estate naturally evolved into leadership. As Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker American Homes in Merrick, my focus is not simply managing an office. It is helping agents build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
My management philosophy is built around Transparency, Communication, and Commitment, supported by six core pillars: Support, Management, Training, Coaching, Accountability, and Growth.
Agents in my office have direct access to hands on management, one on one coaching, transaction guidance, business planning, marketing strategy, professional development, and ongoing training. When an agent encounters a difficult transaction, prepares for an important appointment, needs help developing a business strategy, or simply needs another experienced perspective, my role is to be there.
I often tell agents that you can get a high commission split almost anywhere. The more important question is: What are you getting in return?
A higher percentage does not necessarily build a larger business. My goal is to help agents increase the size, consistency, and sustainability of their production while providing the support and accountability necessary to reach their potential. No agent should feel that they are building their business alone.
Beyond real estate, family and community remain an important part of who I am. As a husband and father of three, I understand firsthand the role a home plays in a family's life. I also believe strongly in giving back and have proudly served as a Men Wear Pink Ambassador for the American Cancer Society, helping raise funds and awareness in the fight against breast cancer.
Whether I am advising a homeowner through a complex transaction or helping an agent take the next step in their career, my philosophy remains the same: provide clear guidance, communicate openly, solve problems, and never lose sight of the person behind the transaction.
